Marriage

Picture

The Episcopal Church of Saints James and Andrew offers its resources for weddings to parishioners and to family members of active parishioners. We see church weddings as being married “before God” and so seek to promote the religious and spiritual aspects of such events.  The short answer to the question “How do I inquire about having a wedding in Saints James and Andrew?” is: read through our Marriage Customary, fill out the Informational Form in the Marriage Customary and then contact the clergy to schedule an appointment to meet.

Mission

We believe God is calling us to cultivate a community of love, joy, hope, and healing. Jesus is our model for a life of faith, compassion, hospitality, and service. We strive to be affirming and accessible, welcoming and inclusive; we seek to promote reconciliation, exercise responsible stewardship, and embrace ancient traditions for modern lives.
