Events Calendar Update We are shifting the format of the public facing Events Calendar. Moving forward, the Google calendar on our website will show the actual start and end times for meetings, rehearsals, and other events. Both parish events and wider community events happening on our campus will be listed. Please note: Spaces are reserved for time beyond the exact times listed on the public calendar. For example, an event might be scheduled to open to the public at 6pm, but the room is held for several hours before and after the event for setup and cleanup. Additionally, there will often be meetings, private reservations, etc. that will not be listed for public view. Always check with the parish administrator to reserve a space and to ensure a room is available before using it. Comments are closed.
