Bales Energy is an Energy and Facility Advisor for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is pre-approved to provide energy advisory services to any state, municipal entity, school or water district in Massachusetts.

BEA has provided utility-funded energy analyses and advised many towns and cities on their Green Communities’ projects. In the residential sector, BEA provides mini-consults for heat pumps and other green heating and cooling systems.

Peter Wingate, Director of Community Action Pioneer Valley (CAPV) will discuss funding for heat pumps and other green improvements for the home.
