2020 Mistletoe Mart & Craft Faire
Cancelled
(see below for more details)

Although we have not yet taken the formal vote required, we are working under the assumption that the MMCF will be cancelled for 2020.  If we do decide to pull together an in-person craft fair, we will be sure to be in touch, and we look forward to inviting your participation again when we DO resume the MMCF or its equivalent.  We hope to provide an opportunity for area crafters to participate in our next MISTLETOE MART AND CRAFT FAIRE on Saturday, November 20, 2021 so please mark your calendars!

Letter to Crafters
June 10, 2019

Dear Crafter,

Summer is just beginning and some of us are already thinking about the Christmas season! The annual Mistletoe Mart and Craft Faire at the Church of Saints James and Andrew in Greenfield will take place from 9:00-3:00 on Saturday, November 23rd this year. Those that have attended our Faire in the past know that it is a very well-attended event; we have a loyal following due to both the diverse nature of the items for sale, and outstanding lunch menu.

Since last year, Ss James & Andrew leased the entire lower level of the Parish Hall building to a local social service agency, so we will no longer use that area for craft vendors. All vendor tables will be set up in the large hall near the kitchen, and in the adjacent Whiteman meeting room. Both locations provide lots of natural light and a steady flow of shoppers, and we think this will work very well for everyone.

It does mean however, that we will have less floor space, and will be jurying this year’s applications with an eye toward maximizing the diversity and quality of the items offered, limiting the spaces to 25.

Participant Information:
1. Items for sale must:
        a. Be handmade
        b. Be family friendly (no hateful language or imagery)
        c. Not include food that would conflict with our church’s cafe or cookie walk.

2. All applications must include:
  1. Three (3) photographs of your products. This year we are requiring photographs from all applicants.
  2. The attached form completed and either emailed to: whitemulecom(at)yahoo(dot)com or mailed to Laurie Neely 150 W Orange Rd. Orange MA 01364
  3. The deadline for applicants is August 15, 2019

Crafters will be chosen based upon the number of applicants in a given category (eg: jewelry or knitting etc.) the quality of the products, and the space available. You will be notified if you are chosen by September 6, 2019, after which payment will be due within two weeks in order to hold your space.

For additional questions and information please contact Laurie Neely at whitemulecom(at)yahoo (dot)com

It may be June now, but we’re already looking forward to another successful Mistletoe Mart and Craft Faire!
